Prior
to attending any of Encore CBT Company's authorized Macromedia training
classes, you should be comfortable using standard Windows functions. We
assume that you are familiar with these functions; time will not be spent
covering them during class. You should be able to answer the following questions:
- What functions do the three standard buttons in the
top right corner of a window perform? *
- What are two ways you can use your mouse to select
more than one element from the screen? *
- What is the difference between the File/New option
and the File/Open option? *
- What function is used to delete an element from the
screen and save it to the Windows clipboard? *
- What function is used to place an element from the
Windows clipboard to the screen? *
- What function is used to save an element on the screen
to the clipboard? *
- What is the name of the standard pull-down menu that
contains the "Save" function? *
- What is the name of the standard pull-down menu that
allows you to find and/or replace text? *
- How do you save a file to a diskette? *
- How do you to make an object appear in front of another
object on the screen? *
- What is the name of the option that allows you to
make an object appear behind another object on the screen? *
- How is the "Save" function different from the "Save
As..." function? *
- What is the name of the Edit option that allows you
to select every element on the screen? *
- How does the Backspace key on the keyboard function
differently from the Left Arrow key? *
- If you have multiple Windows applications running
at the same time, name at least two ways to switch from one to another?
*
If you can not answer these questions, we strongly
recommend that you take a basic Windows class before registering for any
of our Macromedia training classes. |
