Workshop

• Pre-registration is required for all workshops.
• Classes are held during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
• Dress for comfort. Our training center is casual.
• All registrations will be confirmed in writing (email) or by phone. If you do not receive confirmation, please call before attending class.
• Payment is required to complete your registration.
• If you require special accommodations to fully participate in our classes, please call Encore CBT at (614) 888-4179.

• Encore Students may re-take a workshop at no cost.
• Students must re-take the workshop within 6 months of their original attendence.
• The option to re-take a workshop is limited by classroom seating availability.
• Students must bring the class materials from the previous workshop.
• Please call at least 3 weeks in advance to sign-up to re-take a workshop.
• If a workshop is sold-out, the student must wait for the next available space.

• Encore CBT reserves the right to make changes in workshop agenda, dates and price.
• If a change is made, we will make every effort to notify registered students prior to a scheduled workshop.

• If you cannot attend a workshop, please notify us by phone or in writing at least 14 working days prior to beginning of the workshop to receive a full refund.
• Cancelations of less than 14 days of a scheduled workshop will not receive a refund.
• Students may reschedule for another workshop
• Students may only re-schedule once
• Students must reschedule within one year
• Student substitutions are allowed.
• We make every effort to hold classes on the scheduled dates. However, Encore CBT reserves the right to cancel classes at any time.
