Encore CBT took text materials provided by ArvinMeritor, added graphics, navigation and design, to produce an online employee orientation program. Created in Authorware, the employee orientation program provides new employees with a brief history of ArvinMeritor and its HR policies.

Created in Authorware,and in conjunction with Ultryx, Encore CBT put together for Liebert , just-in-time training to support the sales chain. Resellers sign-in to the Sales Ordering System, and immediately receive a quickie course on navigation and order placement. Once completed, a reseller need not ever see the training again -- but it's always available, just in case, just-in-time.

In order to provide their employees greater access to HR information, First Credit Card Services decided to put their HR Manual online, via their Intranet. Encore CBT converted their paper-based HR Manual to an online web presentation using Dreamweaver, HTML and straight-images -- nothing technically fancy, but very effective.

The Ohio Department of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Services (ODADAS)asked Encore CBT to create a Kiosk to display ODADAS services by Ohio County for the Ohio State Fair. Using Authorware, Encore CBT created a touch-screen application displaying the counties within Ohio. Ppeople would finger-click the screen for their county, and receive the appropriate information.
Later, ODADAS asked Encore CBT to convert the Kiosk for web presentation.
